2025 Call for Proposals

I understand and agree that the primary presenter and co-presenters will:

- Present with the understanding that they will not be paid an honorarium or other compensation for their time or services or technology required to present by the conference committee;
- Be physically present during the assigned time of the presentation session;
- Must adhere to all copyright laws;
- Accept responsibility for the security of any personal equipment used in a presentation; and
- Grants permission for LAN to use any photography/videography/recording taken by the conference planners for future promotional purposes.

The deadline to submit a presentation is March 31st, 2025.

The Summer Institute Planning Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal for presentation.
