ABE Student of the Year Award Nominations Now Open
Literacy Action Network is proud to announce that nominations are now being accepted for the 2026 ABE Student of the Year Awards. In a collaborative effort with Literacy Minnesota, we have established new scholarship opportunities designed to recognize and support the exceptional dedication of ABE students across our community.
These prestigious awards highlight the perseverance and academic achievements of individuals within the Adult Basic Education program. For this year’s cycle, up to two selected students will each receive a $250 scholarship. These funds are intended to alleviate financial barriers and assist the recipients as they continue their educational journeys and pursue their long-term learning goals.
Event and Eligibility Details
The winners will be officially recognized during a special presentation at the virtual ABE Summer Institute. We invite you to join us on Aug 12, 2026 to celebrate their hard work and success.
Nomination Process
If you know a student who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to their studies and personal growth, please take a moment to submit a nomination. Your advocacy can make a significant difference in a student’s life.
