Adult Education Program Manager – Neighborhood House

Neighborhood House is hiring an Adult Education Program Manager.

This role leads Adult Education programming serving more than 600 adult learners annually from over 40 countries and speaking 26 languages. Our programs include English language learning, GED and college readiness, citizenship preparation, digital literacy, and workforce – focused instruction.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A strong people manager and coach
• Passionate about adult learning and educational access
• Deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices
• Skilled at building systems, improving processes, and coordinating across teams
• Comfortable balancing leadership, operations, data, and direct service

This role is highly collaborative and hands-on. The Adult Education Program Manager will support instructors, volunteers, and interns; strengthen intake and learner pathways; help grow the program’s reach and enrollment; and continue to build an inclusive and welcoming learning environment for adult learners across Saint Paul.

Bilingual Spanish skills are required.

Salary range: $62,000-$67,000
